Shmellins® Salted Caramel Popcorn

Let’s be real, popcorn has always been better when it’s caramel flavored, hands down! Don’t be afraid to get a little messy. I love to make homemade popcorn and throw some of Shmellins Salted Caramel drizzled over the top of in the pan while it cooks. Either way popcorn + Shmellins® Caramel is the way to go!!

  • 1/4 cup Shmellins Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Organic Popcorn Kernels
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Nonstick Stock Pot
  1. Pour Popcorn Kernels & Olive Oil into stock pot on med to high heat.
  2. Heat kernels for 3 mins, coating them in the oil.
  3. Place the lid on the pot so the heat remains inside and helps pop kernels.
  4. Shake pan over stovetop until 80% of kernels are popped.
  5. Once majority of kernels are popped, create a welling the center of the pan and add Shmellins Salted Caramel Sauce. Careful with the splatter, caramel can heat to 240 degrees and burn quickly. 
  6. Caramel will bubble, gently coat the popcorn in the heated caramel sauce on low heat for 1-2 mins.
  7. Be cautious of the heat because you don’t want it to burn.
  8. Sprinkle Sea Salt over popcorn.
  9. Allow popcorn to COOL for 5 minutes, the caramel can still be scolding hot and burn your mouth.
  10. ENJOY!

Shmellins® Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Perfect on a hot summer day, or any day actually. Once you pair Shmellins Salted Caramel Sauce with one of your favorite ice creams, there is no going back and that’s ok!!!

  • 3 tbsp Shmellins Salted Caramel
  • 1 bowl with 3 medium scoops of your favorite ice cream. Feel free to sub with a Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free brand to fit your allergen needs
    • Some great pairings include

      • Chocolate
      • Coffee
      • Caramel
      • Chocolate Chip
      • Strawberry
      • Cookies N Cream
      • Pecan Praline 
  1. Prepare bowl with ice cream
  2. Pour Shmellins Salted Caramel onto ice cream
  3. ENJOY!!
Organic, Vegan & Gluten Free

Shmellins® Salted Caramel Latte Popsicles

Coffee was discovered to be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, and dessert. Hot or cold, day or night, these family favorites will liven up your day and have you craving more.

  • 4 cups Organic Coffee (Cooled)
  • 2/3 c Shmellins® Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 12oz Coconut Milk
  • Popsicle Mold & Sticks (makes 8)
  1. Mix Coconut milk & 1/3 cup Shmellins® Salted Caramel Sauce in a bowl & whisk together.
  2. Fill popsicle molds 1/4 the way. Cool this in the freezer for 30 mins, or until ice forms.
  3. Mix 3 cups cooled black coffee with 1/4 cup Shmellins® Salted Caramel Sauce, and whisk together.
  4. Once step 2 is solidified enough, gently fill the same mold with the cooled coffee mixture 1/2 full. Free for another 40 mins.
  5. Once the coffee layer is slightly frozen, fill remaining mold space with coconut milk mixture from step 1. Once all the molds are filled, place the popsicle stick into them. Follow your general instructions from your popsicle mold booklet on securing your sticks.
  6. Freeze for a minimum of 3 hrs. Best served the next day but if you don’t want to wait, then don’t!
  7. ENJOY!
